Telephone Interviewing

Telephone Interviewers (TIs) call selected respondents to ask them survey questions over the phone. In order to be successful TIs should be professional at all times, while still being comfortable probing for responses even on sensitive topics. Telephone Interviewers have great typing skills, want to work in a call center environment, and enjoy making a connection over the phone.
